Meet Craig
Crested Geckos come from the Island Country of New Caledonia. They are found on the principal island, Grand Terre, in the Southern portion, and the Isle of Pines. They spend the majority of their lives in low shrubs and small trees. The crested geckos have “eyelashes” of ridged skin and ridge skin going down each side of their head and neck. They are nocturnal geckos, and in the evening it’s their time to shine! They love to climb, so it’s important that they have vertical space along with a variety of branches and plants to climb and hide. They are omnivorous eaters.
