Meet Otis
Otis came from a rescue facility in December 2010. He was 3 months old. Otis has two deformed feet (toes fused) that is a birth defect. He was attacked by dogs in 2014, leaving him with both his ears severly damaged and, due to lack of blood supply to ears, they fell off. He was brought to Noah’s Ark in March of 2015 due to owner’s health declining at that time.
