Meet Otis
Otis came from a rescue facility in December 2010. He was 3 months old. Otis two deformed feet (toes fused) is a birth defect. He was attacked by dogs in 2014, leaving him with both ears severly damaged and, due to lack of blood supply to ears, they fell off. He was brought to Noah’s Ark in March of 2015 due to owner’s health declining at the time.
